I'm off to Toronto tomorrow for Canada's premier music conference, Canadian Music Week.  I'm contributing as a panelist (Music for Film and Television), and will be performing Friday and Saturday at Library Bar (inside Royal York Hotel).  Fun and exciting stuff to be sure!

So what else is new...I'm 'neck deep' (as Gary would say) in mixing my Human Heart record.  Along with writing as often as I can.  Wrote with Rose Falcon today and she is fabulous.  Wrote with my friends Dylan Altman and Marla Cannon yesterday and that was a blast.  Such talent here in Nashville.  And then when they also happen to be wonderful people???  Icing :-)

So, those of you who are greatly anticipating Human Heart's Official release (like I am), fear not, my brave companions, for the hour is nigh...(smirk)

It has been such a challenging, intimidating, yet amazing experience in doing almost everything myself.  The things that Gary T. and I can't do, we ask our super-talented friends and colleagues to assist us and they do NOT disappoint.  Theo H. and Joey L. have worked their tails off on the new website, and I, for one, am digging it immensely...

Wayne B. is always keeping the home fires burning as "Artistic Director."  I've given him that title just now and he doesn't know it.  But the guy just inspires me.  He designed the Human Heart album cover (and Lucid Dream cover) among other things, and he's always been someone I've always respected and admired.  Check out some of his truly remarkable work at:

We have so many things to be grateful for my lovely people.  Every day is like Thanksgiving (minus stuffing).
